Each class has some elements of a total body workout. We strive to work multiple muscles during each work out to promote overall mental and physical health - posture, muscle and joint strength, endurance, core stability, confidence, and attitude as well as to burn more calories in each single workout. Our sessions include high intensity cardio as well as individual muscle group exercises that focus on gaining strength and building muscle rather than just losing weight, so that you are more likely to keep it off long term. We want to help you get involved with a fitness routine that you can stick to for life!
